K2 Rides started with a simple realization: I genuinely enjoy driving, but I enjoy people even more.

Before starting this business, I was feeling burned out in my regular career and decided to drive for Lyft and Uber as a way to reset, earn extra income, and try something different. What I did not expect was how much I would enjoy it. After more than 1,500 rides, I realized the best part was not just being behind the wheel. It was meeting people from every walk of life, hearing their stories, helping them get where they needed to go, and making even a small part of their day easier.

That experience led me to take the leap and build K2 Rides, a private driving service based in Fort Collins.

When I began researching the private transportation industry, one thing immediately stood out: pricing was often hard to find. Many companies required customers to submit a quote request before they could even understand what a ride might cost. To me, that felt frustrating and unnecessary. I wanted K2 Rides to be different.
